1. what is the turnaround time for prints?
the time an order is placed to when your print arrives on your doorstep, will take 2-3 weeks.
2. what are giclée prints?
giclée (zhee-KLAY) printing is a process that uses fade-resistant, archival inks and archival paper to print on large format printers. this type of printing is meant to produce a product at a higher quality and with a longer lifespan than a standard inkjet printer. these prints use pigment-based inks rather than the dye-based inks.
Archival paper is most similar to a heavyweight watercolor paper.
3. how is my painting or print shipped?
both are shipped via USPS. the print will arrive in a mailing tube.
4. how much is shipping?
shipping is included in the cost of your print (inside the US). shipping for original paintings depends on the size (unless you live locally and want to pick it up- LUCKY YOU).
5. taking a print out of the tube?
make sure to wash your hands beforehand and be gentle when handling.
6. how do commissioned pieces work?
for commissioned pieces, we will discuss color palette, size, composition, what inspires you, what artworks you have seen and liked, etc. and go from there! it can be a fun process to create a one of a kind piece for you.
7. can i get custom sizing on a print?
absolutely! send me an email for pricing info of the desired size. there are some limitations but i will try to accommodate your request!
8. do you have original paintings available? how much are your original paintings?

9. where do I find a frame for my print?
I have made the print sizing as such to fit most standard size frames. custom framing is available for any print here as well. Please email your framing questions. You can always have a custom frame made through other sources like framebridge or michaels. These are some options from IKEA.
